Claims (5)
- 일사량이 양호한 장소에 태양열을 집광하는 집열판하우스(1)와, 상기 집열판하우스(1)로 굴절용유입관(16)에 설치된 1차순환펌프(14) 및 2차순환펌프(15)로 냉매유를 이송하는 구조이며,온수 및 전력을 축열조탱크(13)와 인버터(24)로 저장 및 전송할 수 있는 태양열 집광장치에 있어서, 상기 집열판하우스(1)는 회전판(6)에 수직으로 설치된 티자형수직지지대(5)의 최상부에 수직회전중심축(5-3)에 체결되고, 상기 회전판(6)은 일사량이 양호한 장소에 고정된 고정판(11) 상부에 볼캐스터(11-1)가 설치되며, 중심부에 내부수직지지대(11-2)가 설치되어 집열판하우스(1)가 태양의 위치에 따라 회전판(6)에 설치된 수평방향디씨모터(4)로 수평으로 작동 시키고, 회전축(5-3)을 중심으로 상하 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 태양 자동추적 열전기발전 무선송수신장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,회전판(6)에는 수평방향디씨모터(4)가 설치되고, 고정판(11)에는 레이저로 가공된 기어가 수평방향디씨모터(4)와 고무벨트체인(10)로 체결되어, 광센서상자(1-2)로 광량의 유무를 전기적 신호가 자동제어기(5-2)의 입력부로 입력되고 프로그램화된 순서도에 따라 전원의 인가와 단락과 같은 동작을 반복 하면서 수평방향디씨모터(4)를 이용해 일정거리 만큼 수평으로 집열판하우스(1)를 이동시켜 정지시키고 또한 회전판(6)의 중심부에 티자형수직지지대(5)가 수직으로 고정되고 측면부에 왕복이송가이드(9)를 원형으로 돌출된 이송가이드회전중심축(9-3) 에 체결하고, 상기 왕복이송가이드(9)를 따라 왕복이동 되는 수직방향디씨모터(3)축에 스크류(9-1)를 체결하고 상기 반대편에 집열판하우스(1)가 스크류회전축(9-2)과 체결되며, 원활한 회전을 위해 스크류회전베어링(2)을 양면에 체결되어 자동제어기(5-2)에 의해 수직방향디씨모터(3)가 작동함으로 스크류(9-1)가 회전하여 집열판하우스(1)가 수직회전중심축(5-3)을 중심으로 상하 이동되는 태양 자동추적 열전기발전 무선송수신장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회전판(6)의 중심부에 수직으로 설치된 티자형수직지지대(5)의 상부에 고정된 수평방위각검출기(4-1)와 수직고도각검출기(3-1)를 이용해 구름으로 햇빛이 투광되지 않을 경우 상기 수평방위각검출기(4-1)과 수직고도각검출기(3-1)내의 수광다이오드(20)과 발광다이오드(21)의 상호 전기적 신호 검출로 집열판하우스(1)가 변화된 신호 검출로 집열판하우스(1)가 변화된 태양의 방위각 및 고도각에 위치하도록 정밀 제어되는 태양 자동추적 열전기발전 무선송수신장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,집열판하우스(1)내의 상부에 밀페용투명유리판(1-1)이 덮힌 상자체이고, 내부 빛을 집광하기 위해 U자형의 오목한 다수의 선형집광기(7)가 등간격으로 설치되며,상기 각각의 중심부에 태양열을 흡수하여 온수 및 전기를 생산할 수 있는 열전기발전유리관(8)이 설치되 서로 연결되고, 굴절용유입관(16)에 설치된 1차순환펌프(14)를 작동시켜, 냉매유를 열전기발전유리관(8)의 상부 유입부로 이송시켜, 이송된 냉매유는 하부쪽 열전기발전유리관(8)의 배출부를 통해 상부가열 판(1-3)으로 이송되어 우측가열판(1-5)으로 이송되고 하부가열판(1-4)에 부착된 2차순환펌프(15)의 작동으로 냉매유는 좌측가열판(1-6)통과하면서 온도가 가열되어 굴절용배출관(17)을 통해 축열조탱크(13)내 열교환기(19)에 저장되어 상기 축열조탱크(13)내의 물을 가열해 난방을 하는 태양 자동추적 열전기발전 무선전송수신장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 P,N형열전발전반도체(8-1),(8-2)의 형상은 지름이 65mm인 투명강화유리관으로 구성된 진공 상태인 열전기발전유리관(8)내에 돌기가 있는 주름이 있는 흑색으로 티타늄이 진공증착된 구리판으로 열전발전집열판(8-3)속에 원형으로 된 P형열전발전반도체(8-1),N형열전발전반도체(8-2)가 교대로 설치되고 내부에 구리관(8-4)이 위치하는 구조이고 상기에서 생산된 직류전기는 집열판하우스(1) 측면 중앙부에 고정된 무선송수신안테나(25)에 설치된 발진부(27)를 통해 전기를 무선으로 송신하고 수신부(31)로 무선으로 전력을 수신하는 태양 자동추적 열전기발전 무선송수신장치.
