Claims (5)
- 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 와이어 고정기구에 록킹하는 단계(S10)와;상기 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 표면 전처리액에 침지하여 각각의 전체 표면에 균일한 코팅 전착성을 확보하기 위한 코팅 전처리막을 형성시킨 다음 수세하는 단계(S11);상기 전처리막이 형성된 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 코팅 강화용액에 침지하여 각각의 전체 표면에 형성될 코팅막 벗겨짐 방지를 위한 코팅 강화막을 형성시킨 다음 수세 단계(S12);상기 강화막이 형성된 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 전도성 코팅액에 침지하여 치아와 유사한 색상의 코팅막을 형성시킨 다음 수세하는 단계(S13);상기 코팅막이 형성된 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 탈수한 다음 타니반액(TARNIBAN concentrate)에 침지하여 각각의 전체 표면에 형성된 코팅막의 경도와 색상을 유지하기 위한 코팅 보호막을 형성시키는 단계(S14); 및상기 코팅 보호막이 형성된 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 록킹 해제한 다음 초음파세척한 후 건조 및 개별 진공 포장하여 작업을 완료하는 단계(S15)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치열교정용 와이어 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 전처리막 형성 단계(S11)에서는상기 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 인산나트륨 혹은 일염기산 4∼6%, 설파민산 24∼36%, 글리세린 8∼12%, 표면활성제 4∼6%, 물 40∼60%로 된 표면 전처리액에 20∼30분간 침지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치열교정용 와이어 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 강화막 형성 단계(S12)에서는상기 전처리막이 형성된 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 물 1ℓ당 염화니켈 180∼220g, 염산 90∼110cc로 되고 니켈판을 포함하는 코팅 강화용액에 13∼18분간 침지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치열교정용 와이어 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 치아와 유사한 색상의 코팅막 형성 단계(S13)에서는상기 강화막이 형성된 복수의 치열교정용 와이어를 물 1ℓ당 가성가리 10∼15g, 청화가리 20∼30g, 청화은 0.5∼1.5g으로 된 전도성 코팅액에 3∼5V의 코팅전원을 공급하면서 13∼18분간 침지하여 아이보리 색상의 코팅막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치열교정용 와이어 코팅방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 치열교정용 와이어.
