Description
Claims (14)
- 제1 및 제2기판;상기 제1기판 상에 제1방향으로 배열된 복수의 게이트라인;상기 게이트라인과 수직으로 배열되어 복수의 화소들이 형성된 화상표시부를 정의하는 복수의 데이터라인;상기 게이트라인의 일측에 형성된 게이트패드부;상기 데이터라인의 일측에 형성된 데이터패드부;상기 게이트패드부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 복수의 제1게이트 신호전송배선 및 게이트 구동IC가 실장된 게이트 TCP;상기 데이터패드부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 복수의 제2게이트 신호전송배선을 포함하고, 데이터 구동IC가 실장된 데이터 TCP;상기 제1기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 제1게이트 신호전송배선과 상기 제2게이트 신호전송배선을 전기적으로 연결하는 LOG 배선부;상기 게이트라인 및 데이터라인의 타측에 형성된 정전기 방지회로;상기 정전기 방지회로를 접지시키는 접지배선; 및상기 제1 및 제2기판 상에 형성된 액정층을 포함하며, 상기 게이트패드부 및 데이터패드부의 제1셀갭과, 상기 LOG 배선부의 제2셀갭 및 상기 접지배선부의 제3셀갭이 동일하게 형성된 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게이트패드부와 대응하는 제1기판에는,상기 제1기판 상에 일정한 거리를 두고 배치된 게이트패드;상기 게이트패드 상에 형성된 게이트절연막;상기 게이트패드 간 이격영역에 대응하는 게이트절연막 상에 형성된 제1보상패턴;상기 제1보상패턴 상에 형성된 액티브패턴; 및상기 액티브패턴을 노출시키는 제1홀을 갖는 보호막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 게이트패드는 Mo/AlNd로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1보상패턴은 Mo로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이터패드부와 대응하는 제1기판 상에는,상기 제1기판 상에 일정한 거리를 두고 배치된 제2보상패턴;상기 제2보상패턴 상에 형성된 게이트절연막;상기 제2보상패턴과 대응하는 상기 게이트절연막 상에 형성된 액티브패턴;상기 제2보상패턴 간 이격영역과 대응하는 게이트절연막 상에 형성된 데이터 패드;상기 데이터패드 상에 상기 액티브패턴을 노출시키는 제2홀을 갖는 보호막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2보상패턴은 Mo/AlNd로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 데이터패드는 Mo로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 LOG 배선부와 대응하는 제1기판 상에는,상기 제1기판 상에 형성된 LOG 배선;상기 LOG 배선 상에 형성된 게이트절연막;상기 게이트절연막 상에 형성된 액티브패턴; 및상기 액티브패턴을 노출시키는 제3홀을 갖는 보호막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접지배선부와 대응하는 제1기판 상에는,상기 제1기판 상에 형성된 접지배선;상기 접지배선 상에 형성된 게이트절연막;상기 게이트절연막 상에 제4홀을 갖는 보호막; 및상기 제4홀과 대응하는 상기 게이트절연막 상에 형성된 액티브패턴이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접지배선은 Mo/AlNd로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제2항, 제5항, 제8항 및 제9항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은,상기 게이트절연막 상에 형성된 제1무기막;상기 제1무기막 상에 형성된 유기막; 및상기 유기막 상에 형성된 제2무기막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2무기막은 SiNx 또는 SiOx인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유기막은 BCB(BenzoCyloButene) 또는 포토아크릴(photo acryl)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2기판에는 컬러필터 및 블랙매트릭스가 형성되어 있 는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
