종래에는 시설물의 프레임이 주로 나무와 철로 제작되어 상기 시설물을 장시간 사용할 시에는 노화되어 시설물을 다시 제작되어야 하는 문제점이 있었으며 또한 조립식으로 제작되지 않아 설치, 이동이 용이하지 않고 재활용에 많은 문제점이 있었다.

이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 프레임의 일측에 요홈과 단턱을 형성한 것으로 상기 프레임과 프레임간에 브라켓을 장착한 후 상기 프레임의 단턱과 브라켓간에 볼트를 장착하여 상호 결합되도록 발명한 것이다.
