Claims (8)
- 리니어·압축기에 대한 전압 지령치(V*)와 입력 전류(i)로부터 역기전력(E)의 위상을 검출하는 역기전력 위상 검출부와;상기 입력 전류(i)의 위상을 검출하는 전류 위상 검출부와;상기 역기전력(E)의 위상과 입력 전류(i)의 위상을 비교하여 주파수 변화치를 생성하는 주파수 생성부와;상기 주파수 변화치에 따라 상기 전압 지령치(V*)를 보정하는 제어부와;직류 전압을 인가받아 상기 보정된 전압 지령치(V*)에 따라 정현파 전압을 생성하여 상기 리니어 압축기에 인가하는 인버터부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주파수 생성부는 상기 역기전력(E)의 위상과 입력 전류(i)의 위상이 동 위상이 되도록 상기 주파수 변화치를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 보정된 전압 지령치(V*)를 소정의 인버터 제어신호의 형태로 상기 인버터부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어장치.
- 리니어 압축기에 대한 전압 지령치(V*)와 입력 전류(i)로부터 역기전력(E)의 위상을 검출하는 단계와;상기 입력 전류(i)의 위상을 검출하는 단계와;상기 역기전력(E)의 위상과 입력 전류(i)의 위상을 비교하여 주파수 변화치를 생성하는 단계와;상기 주파수 변화치에 따라 상기 전압 지령치(V*)를 보정하는 단계와;직류 전압을 인가받아 상기 보정된 전압 지령치(V*)에 따라 정현파 전압을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 주파수 변화치의 생성 단계는 상기 역기전력(E)의 위상과 입력 전류(i)의 위상이 동위상이 되도록 상기 주파수 변화치를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제어방법은 상기 보정된 전압 지령치(V*)를 소정의 인버터 제어신호의 형태로 변환하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 제어방법.
