Abstract

본 발명은 전동기 내부에 감속기어를 설치하여 회전수를 감속하여, 저속?고회전력을 얻고자 하였다. 기존의 감속전동기는 전동기 본체 외부에 감속기어를 부착하여 사용하고 있으나 본 발명은 전동기의 회전자 부분의 전기?자기적으로 불필요한 여유 공간에 감속기어를 설치하여 경량?소형화를 목표로 두고 있다.

본 발명은, 전동기의 회전자 내부에 감속기어를 효율적으로 설치하여 감속하도록 설계하였다. 즉, 전동기 내부에 링기어를 고정하고 전동기의 회전자의 회전력을 감속기어장치에 전달하여, 감속기어장치의 선기어와 결합된 출력측 캐리어를 감속?출력으로 이용하고 있다. 또한 감속비를 높이기 위하여 전동기 회전자 내부의 기어를 2단으로 설치하여 사용도 가능한 것이 특징이다.

결국, 본안은 전동기 내부의 회전자부분의 여유공간에, 경우에 따라서는 1차 감속기어장치뿐만 아니라, 2차, 3차 감속기어장치도 부착하여 보다 더 큰 감속비를 얻을 수 있도록 설계하였다는 것에, 그 의미가 있다 하겠다.
