Claims (6)
- 피스톤과 미끄럼 지지되는 슈와 접촉되어 상기 피스톤을 왕복 이송시키며 회전축에 지지되는 판부재를 구비하는 것으로, 상기 판부재의 표면에 형성된 Sn-Bi 합금으로 이루어진 고체 윤활층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 스와시 플레이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Sn-Bi 합금으로 이루어진 고체 윤활층이 Bi 0.2∼20중량% 및 Sn 잔부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스와시 플레이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Sn-Bi 합금으로 이루어진 고체 윤활층이 추가로 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 입자를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 스와시 플레이트.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 입자가 1 ㎛의 입자크기를 가지며, Sn-Bi 합금에 대하여 0.5∼8 중량% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 스와시 플레이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Sn-Bi 합금의 두께가 2∼4 ㎛이며, Sn-Bi 합금의 표면 조도가 Ra 2.5 ㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 스와시 플레이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 윤활층이 상기 슈와 스와시 플레이트의 접촉 궤적을 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스와시 플레이트.
