Claims (5)
- 기폭제, 연소제, 산화제, 민감제 및 화학접착제로 이루어진 타격식 소구경 탄환용 뇌관화약 조성물에 있어서, 상기 산화제로서 쉘락 코팅된 질산칼륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타격식 소구경 탄환용 뇌관화약 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 쉘락 코팅된 질산칼륨은 쉘락과 질산칼륨의 중량비율이 0.007:1~0.025:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 타격식 소구경 탄환용 뇌관화약 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 뇌관화약 조성물은 기폭제 25~40중량%, 연소제로서 질산에스테르 10~30중량%, 산화제로서 쉘락코팅 질산칼륨 32~40중량%, 제 1민감제로서 테트라센 5~10중량%, 제 2민감제로서 붕화규산분말 3~9중량% 및 화학접착제 0.1~0.2중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 타격식 소구경 탄환용 뇌관화약 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기폭제는 디아조디니트로페놀을 포함하는 디아조계 화합물, 트리아졸계 화합물, 테트라졸계 화합물, 및 포타슘 디니트로벤조프록세인 및 모노포타슘 스티븐산을 포함하는 니트로벤젠계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 타격식 소구경 탄환용 뇌관화약 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학접착제는 아라비아검, 트라가칸트검 및 젤라틴이 9:5:1의 중량비율로 혼합된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 타격식 소구경 탄환용 뇌관화약 조성물.
