Claims (3)
- 투명전극층, 발광층(형광층), 절연층(유전층), 배면전극층 및 보호층이 적층 형성되고, 상기 배면전극층과 투명전극층에 인가되는 전원에 의해 상기 발광층이 발광함으로써 키패드에 빛을 공급하는 키패드용 EL 소자에 있어서,상기 발광층에서 발생되어 상기 투명전극층을 투과하는 빛의 분산성을 향상시키는 분산층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 EL 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분산층은 빛을 분산시키는 물질을 실크스크린 인쇄한 층으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 EL 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 분산층은 키패드를 구성하는 각종 키에 대응하는 위치에 구분 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 EL 소자.
