Claims (9)
- 재배과정 중 환경 스트레스를 유발하는 환경인자를 단독으로 혹은 복합적으로 포도에 처리하여 스틸벤 합성효소를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 유도함으로써 레스베라트롤의 함량을 증진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 레스베라트롤 고함유 포도의 생산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환경 스트레스를 유발하는 환경인자는 온도, 일사량, UV, AlCl3, 효모 추출물, 오존 및 상처 처리를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 레스베라트롤 고함유 포도의 생산방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, UV는 254nm ~ 304nm 파장에서 처리함을 특징으로 하는 레스베라트롤 고함유 포도의 생산방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, AlCl3는 75mM ~ 100mM 처리함을 특징으로 하는 레스베라트롤 고함유 포도의 생산방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 오존은 5ppm 처리함을 특징으로 하는 레스베라트롤 고함유 포도의 생산방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 효모 추출물은 0.1% ~ 1.0% 처리함을 특징으로 하는 레스베라롤 고함유 포도의 생산방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 생산된 레스베라트롤 고함유 포도.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 생산된 포도로부터 추출한 레스베라트롤을 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 항암성 식품 조성물.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 생산된 포도로부터 추출한 레스베라트롤을 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 항암제용 조성물.
