Claims (3)
- 실내공기가 실외로 배출되도록 배기팬(14)이 마련된 배기유로(12)와, 실외공기가 실내로 유입되도록 급기팬(14)이 마련된 급기유로(11)가 구획되게 형성된 공조기 케이스(10)와;상기 공조기 케이스(10) 외부에 배치되면서 냉동사이클을 이루는 압축기(20)로부터 토출된 고온 고압의 냉매를 응축하며 입구측에 냉매 유입을 제어하는 밸브(30a)가 설치된 메인-응축기(30)와;상기 급기유로(11)의 중도에 배치되면서 입구측은 상기 메인-응축기(30)의 출구측과 연결되고 출구측은 상기 압축기(20)의 흡입측과 연결된 제1증발기(41)와;상기 제1증발기(41)와 병렬로 상기 배기유로(12)의 중도에 배치되면서 입구측은 상기 메인-응축기(30)와 연계되고 출구측은 상기 압축기(20)의 흡입측과 연결된 제2증발기(42)와;상기 제1증발기(41)의 입구측에 순차적으로 배치되어 냉방운전 시에만 냉매가 상기 제1증발기(41)로 유입되도록 제어하는 제1제어밸브(41a)와 유입되는 냉매를 증발압력으로 팽창시키는 제1팽창변(41b)과;상기 제2증발기(42)의 입구측에 순차적으로 배치되어 난방운전 시에만 냉매가 상기 제2증발기(42)로 유입되도록 제어하는 제2제어밸브(42a)와 유입되는 냉매를 증발압력으로 팽창시키는 제2팽창변(42b)과;상기 급기유로(11)내에서 상기 제1증발기(41)의 하류측에 배치되면서 상기 압축기(20)의 출구측과 연결되어 냉방운전 시에는 제습기능을 난방운전 시에는 전열기능을 수행하며, 입구측에 냉매 유입을 제어하는 밸브(31a)를 갖춘 제1서브-응축기(31)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클을 이용한 폐열 회수형 공기조화시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배기유로(12) 내에는상기 제1서브-응축기(31)와 병렬로 연결되면서 상기 제2증발기(42)의 상류측에 배치되며, 냉매 유입을 제어하도록 입구측에 밸브(32a)를 갖춘 제2서브-응축기(32)가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클을 이용한 폐열 회수형 공기조화시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 급기유로(11) 내에는상기 제1서브-응축기(31)의 하류측에 배치되며 전원을 공급받아 난방운전 시 기동할 수 있는 전열기(60)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클을 이용한 폐열 회수형 공기조화시스템.
