Claims (8)
- L2ML'으로 표시되며, M은 Ir, Pt, Zn, Os 중에서 선택된 전이금속이며, L과 L'는 서로 독립적으로 질소(N)와 탄소(C)를 통하여 M과 결합되어 있는 사이클로메탈화 두자리 리간드(cyclometalating bidendate ligand)를 나타내고, L과 L'중 적어도 하나는 리간드내 π 전자의 수가 14 내지 20개인 전이금속 배위 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 이리듐 착물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전이금속 배위 화합물.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1 내지 R10은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 시아노기, 하이드록시기, 티올기, 할로겐 원자, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C30의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C30의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C30의 알킬카르보닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴카르보닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C30의 알킬티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C30의 아릴티오기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-C30의 사이클로알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C30의 헤테로사이클로알킬기, -Si(R')(R")(R"') 또는 - N(R')(R") 이며, R', R" 및 R"'은 서로에 관계없이 수소 또는 C1-C30의 알킬기이고, R1 내지 R10중 서로 인접된 기는 연결되어 포화 또는 불포화 고리를 형성하며,L'은 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 그룹중에서 선택되며,[화학식 2]단, 상기 R6과 R7이 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성하는 경우, L'은 하기 화학식 3a로 표시되며,[화학식 3a]상기식중, R1 내지 R8은 화학식 1에서 정의된 바와 같고, R11 및 R 12는 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C12의 알킬기, 또는 C6-C20의 아릴기이고,단, 상기 R1 내지 R7, R9 및 R10이 모두 수소이고, R 8이 메틸기인 경우, L'은 하기 화학식 3b로 표시된다.[화학식 3b]
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R6과 R7이 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성하는 경우, L은 상기 화학식 3a로 표시되어 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전이금속 배위 화합물:[화학식 4]상기식중, R1 내지 R8은 화학식 1에서 정의된 바와 같고, R11 및 R 12는 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C12의 알킬기, 또는 C6-C20의 아릴기이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R1 내지 R10은 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 전이금속 배위 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 하기 화학식 12로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전이금속 배위 화합물:[화학식 12]
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 하기 화학식 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14 내지 20으로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전이금속 배위 화합물:[화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 7][화학식 8][화학식 9][화학식 11][화학식 13][화학식 14][화학식 15][화학식 16][화학식 17][화학식 18][화학식 19][화학식 20]
- 한 쌍의 전극사이에 유기막이 형성된 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기막이 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 전이금속 배위 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
