Claims (6)
- 신발의 완재품 및 소재를 시험할 수 있도록 교체형으로 제작된 라스트(100), 압축판(110), 인장고정지그(120) 반복 압축 시험기의 동작을 구현하는 유압엑츄에이터(10), 하중을 감지할 수 있는 하중 감지부(20), 변위를 감지할 수 있는 변위 감지부(30), 반복 압축 시험기의 제어를 위한 컨트롤러(40), 실험의 환경 설정 및 명령을 지령, 실험에 따른 필요한 데이터의 저장 및 디스플레이를 위한 소프트웨어(50)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반복압축시험기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 컨트롤러(40)에 의하여 반복적인 동작이 가능하며, 반복 회수를 카운트하여 자동적으로 선택되어진 반복 회수만큼 실행 후 자동 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반복 압축 시험기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 부하(740)의 하중이나 위치는 피드백신호(750)에 의하여 목표신호(700)와 비교되며 원하는 하중이나 위치를 정확하게 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반복 압축 시험기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 라스트(100)와 하중압축판(110) 또는 인장고정지그(120)의 교체에 의하여 실험에 있어서 신발의 완재(101) 및 소재(102)를 압축시험 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시편(103)의 인장 시험이 가능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반복 압축 시험기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반복 압축 시험기의 환경 설정 및 동작의 명령 지령, 측정된 데이터의 저장 및 디스플레이, 그래프 표현이 되는 소프트웨어(50)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반복 압축 시험기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 피스톤(12)의 하부에 수직으로 고정되는 하중감지부(20)로 사용할 수 있는 압력센서로는 부르돈관, 다이어프램, 벨로우즈와 같은 기계식 압력 센서와 스트레인 게이지, 유기 또는 무기 압전 소자, 엘브이디티{LVDT} 인덕티브 타입의 코일형, 로드셀과 같은 전자식 압력 센서 그리고 압저항식, 정전 용량식의 반도체식 압력센서가 사용이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 반복 압축 시험기.
