S36의 번호발생단계는 도 4의 S18단계와 동일한 과정을 거쳐 이루어진다. 번호가 발생되면 제어부(20)는 발생된 번호를 소정의 복권형태로 프린트하여 복권을 발행하며, 영수증 발행등의 도 4의 S23 단계와 동일한 과정을 수행한다.
