Claims (3)
- 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당지질;[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1, R2 및 R4는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, C12 , C16 또는 C18 사슬을 가진 포화 또는 불포화 지방산이고, R3은 아세틸기를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 당지질은 캔디다 속 SY16[KCTC 8950P]로부터 생산된 것임을 특징으로 하는 당지질.
- 캔디다 속 SY16[KCTC 8950P]를 사용하고, 탄소원으로 식물성 기름이 포함된 배지에서 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 당지질의 제조방법;[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1, R2 및 R4는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, C12 , C16 또는 C18 사슬을 가진 포화 또는 불포화 지방산이고, R3은 아세틸기를 나타낸다.
