Claims (5)
- 기판상에 각각 제 1 착색층, 제 2 착색층 및 제 3 착색층을 순차적으로 소정 간격이 이격되게 패터닝하여 컬러필터층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 컬러필터층이 형성된 기판의 전면에 포지티브 포토레지스트를 코팅한 후, 기판의 배면에서 노광하는 단계와;상기 배면 노광된 포지티브 포토레지스트를 현상 및 경화하는 단계와;상기 포지티브 포토레지스트가 현상 및 경화된 결과물상에 블랙 매트릭스 물질을 증착하는 단계와;상기 블랙 매트릭스 물질이 증착된 결과물에서 포지티브 포토레지스트를 리프트 오프시켜 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 형성된 결과물상에 공통 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 포지티브 포토레지스트를 현상 및 경화하는 단계에서 상기 제 1 착색층, 제 2 착색층 및 제 3 착색층이 소정 간격으로 이격된 사이에 코팅된 포지티브 포토레지스트가 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블랙 매트릭스 물질은 크롬(Cr), 크롬 옥사이드(CrOx), 카본(Carbon) 계통의 유기 재료 또는 감광성 수지 물질을 사용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 포지티브 포토레지스트를 리프트 오프시켜 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계에서 상기 포지티브 포토레지스트의 측면에 리무버를 침투시켜 상기 포지티브 포토레지스를 녹이는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공통 전극 형성 전에 착색된 패턴의 보호와 평탄화를 위하여 아크릴(Acryl)계 수지 또는 폴리이미드(Polyimide)계 수지를 사용하여 오버코트층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
