관능테스트Sensory test
상기 실시예 1 내지 3에서 만든 구절초 조성물의 음용 용이성과 기호도를 관능테스트로 평가하였다. 성인 30명(남15명, 여15명)을 대상으로 하고, 식사전 오전 11시∼12시에 테스트를 실시하였다. 관능의 주요내용은 맛과 향에 대한 거부감 및 전체적인 기호도로 하였으며, 각 항목마다 4단계별 점수를 기준으로 하였다. 맛과 향은, ① 거부감이 전혀 없다 (10점) ② 거부감을 거의 못 느낀다 (6점) ③ 약간의 거부감이 있다 (3점) ④ 거부감이 강하다 (0점)로 구분하였으며, 기호도는 ① 아주 좋다 (10점) ② 좋다 (6점) ③ 그저 그렇다 (3점) ④ 싫다 (0점)로 구분하였다. 각 항목마다의 평균점수로 평가하였으며, 3점 이하는 취식이 어려운 것으로 판정하였다. 결과는 다음의 표 1과 같다. 본 발명의 조성물에 들어가는 모든 원료는 식품의약품안전청으로부터 안전성이 인정되어 식품으로 사용이 허가된 것이다. 본 발명에서는 이러한 안전성을 바탕으로 상기 실시예 1 내지 3에서 만든 구절초 조성물을 희망하는 성인 100명(남 30명, 여 70명)을 대상으로 1일 2회 희망 기간 동안 음용하도록 하였다. 6개월 이상 음용자들을 대상으로 한 모니터링한 결과, 본 조성물과 관련된 부작용은 전혀 발견되지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또, 1개월 이상 음용자들을 대상으로 효능에 대한 모니터링을 실시한 결과, 응답자의 60% 이상이 부인병과 위장병에 대한 효능를 경험한 것으로 나타났고 나머지 응답자들도 몸이 따뜻해지고 건강이 좋아진 것 같다는 대답을 하여 전제적으로 응답자의 80% 이상이 효능을 경험한 것으로 나타났다.
