Claims (5)
- 작업장에서 배출된 휘발성 유기화합물 또는 악취를 포함한 대기 또는 폐가스의 처리를 위하여 전 공정으로서 광촉매반응과 같은 AOP(Advanced Oxidation Process)가 미생물에 난분해성이거나 독성이 있는 휘발성 유기화합물 또는 악취발생물질을 OH 라디칼로 산화 분해하여 작은 BDOC(Biologically degradable organic compound)를 생성시키거나 농도를 낮추어서 후 공정인 바이오필터에서의 미생물처리가 용이하도록 한, 전 공정인 광촉매반응기와 후 공정인 바이오필터로 조합된hybrid시스템 공정 및 장치
- 광촉매 반응기를 별도로 제작하지 않고 휘발성 유기화합물 또는 악취를 포함한 대기 또는 폐가스를 작업장에서 바이오필터까지 연결하는 관을 광촉매반응기로 이용하는 광촉매반응 공정 및 장치
- 작업장 또는 작업실에서 블러워(blower)로 배출되는 휘발성 유기화합물 또는 악취를 포함한 대기 또는 폐가스를 바이오필터까지 연결하는 관을 광촉매반응기로 이용할 때에, 관의 길이 방향으로 일정한 간격마다 구멍을 내어 광원을 삽입할 끝이 막힌 투명한 유리관을 충전된 관 길이의 수직 또는 사선방향으로 배치하는 광촉매반응기 설계 및 장치
- 작업장에서 배출되는 휘발성 유기화합물 또는 악취를 포함한 대기 또는 폐가스를 바이오필터까지 연결하는 내부식성이 있는 원형 또는 사각형 또는 기타 형태의 유리, 플라스틱관 또는 금속관의 폐가스와 접촉하는 내부 표면을 TiO2를 포함하는 광촉매로 코팅하는 광촉매반응기설계 및 장치
- 작업장에서 배출되는 휘발성 유기화합물 또는 악취를 포함한 대기 또는 폐가스를 바이오필터까지 연결하는 내부식성이 있는 원형 또는 사각형 또는 기타 형태의 유리, 플라스틱관 또는 금속관 내부를 TiO2를 포함하는 광촉매로 코팅한 유리구슬로서 충전시키는 광촉매반응기설계 및 장치
