Claims (5)
- 복수의 데이터선, 이 데이터선에 교차하는 복수의 스캔선, 상기 복수의 데이선과 스캔선이 교차하면서 형성하는 영역 내에 배치되는 유기 전계 발광 소자 및 이 유기 전계 발광 소자를 구동시키기 위한 픽셀 구동 소자를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 픽셀 구동 소자와 전기적으로 연결되는 상기 데이터선은 상기 스캔선과 교차하는 부위의 폭을 다른 부위의 폭과 상이하게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 데이터선은 상기 스캔선과 교차하는 부위의 폭을 다른 부위의 폭보다 넓게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 데이터선은 상기 스캔선과 교차하는 부위의 폭이 다른 부위의 폭을 3배 이상 초과하지 않도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 데이터선은 상기 스캔선과의 교차하는 부위의 폭을 다른 부위의 폭보다 좁게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 픽셀 구동 소자는,적어도 2개의 트랜지스터와, 이들 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되는 캐패시터를 포함하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
