Description
Claims (16)
- 데이타가 데이타 그룹들로 분리되고, 데이타 그룹의 데이타 중요성을 나타내는 정보 아이템이 각 데이타 그룹과 결합되며,- 데이타 그룹들의 전송 사이클을 결정하고,- 각 데이타 그룹을 소정의 전송 사이클로 삽입하되 각 데이타 그룹을 데이타 그룹의 각 데이타 중요성에 따라 수회 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는, 전송된 정보와 결합된 데이타를 통신 네트워크로 전송하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,통신 네트워크가 방송 네트워크이고 정보 및 데이타가 방송 네트워크로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,통신 네트워크가 원격 통신 네트워크이고, 정보가 원격 통신 네트워크의 전송 채널로 전송되며, 데이타가 정보가 전송된 채널과 다른 소정의 원격 통신 네트워크 채널로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,매시간 데이타 그룹이 데이타 그룹들을 위한 전송 사이클로 삽입되고, 상기 삽입된 데이타 그룹을 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,데이타 그룹이 전송 사이클로 수회 삽입되는 경우, 이 데이타 그룹의 삽입은 다른 데이타 그룹을 전송 사이클로 삽입하는 소정 횟수의 삽입에 의해 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,다른 데이타 그룹과 비교된 중요도 순서대로 데이타 그룹들이 전송 사이클로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,- 중요도의 함수로 데이타 그룹들을 순서대로 배열하는 단계,- 각 데이타 그룹과 카운터를 결합시키는 단계로, 이때 각 카운터 값은 각 카운터와 결합된 데이타 그룹이 삽입 사이클로 삽입되기 전의 다른 데이타 그룹들의 최소 삽입 횟수를 나타내고,(e) 데이타 그룹의 배열순, 결합된 카운터 값 및 적어도 하나의 데이타 그룹이 전송 사이클로 삽입된 횟수의 함수로 데이타 그룹이 삽입되도록 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,데이타 그룹이 전송 사이클로 초회 삽입되기 전 각 카운터가 소정값으로 정해지고, 데이타 그룹이 삽입될 때마다, 삽입된 데이타 그룹과 결합된 카운터가 카운터 결합된 데이타 그룹의 삽입을 이격시키는 다른 데이타 그룹들의 삽입 횟수와 동일한 값으로 정해지며, 데이타 그룹이 전송 사이클로 삽입될 때마다 다른 데이타 그룹들과 결합된 각 카운터의 값이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,데이타 그룹이 삽입될 때마다, 배열된 데이타 그룹들 중 첫 데이타 그룹이 현재 데이타 그룹으로 정해지고 현재 데이타 그룹과 결합된 카운터 값이 소정의 값보다 엄격히 큰지를 확인하는 체크가 이루어지거나, 또는 현재 데이타 그룹이 전송 사이클로 소정 횟수로 삽입되면 배열된 데이타들 중 다음 데이타 그룹이 현재 데이타 그룹으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,데이타 그룹의 삽입 순간을 결정하되, 삽입 순간은 먼저 삽입된 데이타 그룹의 크기 또는 전송 채널의 대역폭에 근거하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,전송 사이클로 삽입되는 데이타 그룹들의 총 삽입 횟수가 결정되고, 일단 데이타 그룹들이 총 삽입 횟수와 동등한 횟수로 전송 사이클로 삽입되면- 소정의 시간을 대기하는 단계,- 새로운 전송 사이클을 결정하는 단계,- 소정의 새로운 전송 사이클로 정보 그룹들을 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,소정의 시간이 0인 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,삽입된 데이타 그룹들을 포함하는 전송 사이클을 분석하는 단계 및 전송 채널 및/또는 적어도 하나의 데이타 그룹의 데이타 중요성을 나타내는 정보 아이템의 대역폭을 전송 사이클 분석의 함수로서 수정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,정보가 시청각 정보이고, 데이타가, 시청각 정보 디코딩 수단을 구성하는 정보를 포함하는 데이타 및/또는 전송된 시청각 정보 컨텐츠를 나타내는 데이타 및/또는 전송 정보 및/또는 시청각 정보의 속성 데이타를 포함하는 각 원격 통신 네트워크 채널을 나타내는 데이타인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 데이타가 데이타 그룹들로 분리되고, 데이타 그룹의 데이타 중요도를 나타내는 정보 아이템이 각 데이타 그룹과 결합되며,- 데이타 그룹들의 전송 사이클을 결정하고,- 각 데이타 그룹을 소정의 전송 사이클로 삽입하되 각 데이타 그룹을 데이타 그룹의 각 데이타 중요성에 따라 수회 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는, 전송된 정보와 결합된 데이타를 통신 네트워크으로 전송하는 장치.
- 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 로딩되거나 실행되는 경우 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전송 방법을 수행하는 것을 가능하게 하는 지시를 포함하는, 데이타 매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
