Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an air filter, in which a plurality of frames in which vortex holes are opened are formed vertically in an air inflow direction so that the introduced air causes vortices, and a space is formed between the plurality of adjacent frames. In addition, a plurality of brackets are installed to be spaced apart from each other, and a drain slot is formed in the body frame supporting the bracket and the frame, and the air introduced between the frames is introduced into the vortex hole, causing vortices. After being discharged, foreign substances such as dust located inside the vortex hole due to the vortex phenomenon are discharged to the lower part by the load, causing the vortex phenomenon of air by using the plate-shaped frame without the need for nonwoven fabric or paper filter. It allows for the removal of debris and its semi-permanent life.
Description
The present invention relates to an air filter. More particularly, the present invention relates to a semi-permanent air filter in which a vortex phenomenon of air is generated using a plate-shaped frame without the need for a nonwoven fabric or a paper filter to remove foreign substances such as dust.
In general, an air conditioner is provided in a space such as an office building, an interior of a vehicle or a vehicle such as a train or a car, which maintains a closed state for a long time, so that outside air flows into the space. An air filter is used to prevent foreign matter from entering the space, causing problems with the system or harming the health of indoor residents.
Conventional air filters generally used non-woven fabrics or papers having fine vent holes smaller in diameter than foreign substances.
However, in such a conventional air filter, dust is trapped in a non-woven fabric or paper vent, so that it is difficult to smoothly supply the outside air, and foreign substances filtered by the filter are attached to the filter, making it difficult to supply the outside air and generating harmful bacteria. To clean the filter, it was necessary to clean the filter periodically to remove foreign substances.
However, if the foreign matter is not removed as described above, the inflow of outside air through the filter is small, and in the case of the cooling / heating system, the amount of air discharged into the room is greatly reduced, thereby preventing the desired cooling / heating effect.
In addition, the above-described conventional filter is because the foreign matter such as dust is stuck in the vent hole, even if cleaning, the dust stuck in the vent hole is not completely removed, so the space for breeding various harmful bacteria, which is harmful to the residents of the room There was a problem that the bacteria are fatally adversely affected by health.
Moreover, the conventional air filter is made of paper or non-woven fabric, so it is easily broken by an impact and has a short lifespan. Therefore, the air filter has to be replaced frequently, which is cumbersome and expensive.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the frame is extruded or injection molded to have a slope in the opposite direction toward the air outflow / mouth direction in order to increase the foreign matter removal efficiency is formed in a zigzag shape, at the corner of each slope and the air flow direction end A vortex hole is formed to cause the vortex.
In addition, the vortex hole is formed by further extruding or injection molding the wing piece in the frame body, wherein the wing piece is formed integrally with the main body and the other side is spaced apart from the frame main body.
The lower portion of the body frame supporting the bracket and the frame is further formed by forming a drain slot so that the foreign matter discharged through the vortex hole is immediately discharged to the lower portion.
