Claims (3)
- 고온 고압 배관(2)에서 발생하는 변위를 측정하는 변위측정기에 있어서,상기 고온 고압 배관(2) 주변에 설치되어 이 배관(2)의 3축 거동변위를 측정하기 위하여 고정축(3)에 설치되어 수직각도(φ)와 평면각도(θ)를 측정하는 2개의 엔코더(4)와 거리(r)를 측정하는 변위센서(5), 이 변위센서(5)를 보호하는 외형 케이스(6)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고온고압 배관의 3차원 변위측정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 변위센서(5)의 내부에 설치된 변위센서 봉(7)을 보호하기 위해 알루미늄으로 가공하여 경질 도금 처리된 외형케이스(6)가 장착되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고온고압 배관의 3차원 변위측정기.
- 배관(2)에 증기가 흐르게 되면 이 배관은 3차원 변위가 이루어지게 되고, 이를 측정부(100)의 변위측정기(1)로 감지하여 3차원 변위를 데이터 획득 시스템(102)을 통해 배관(2)을 운용하는 중앙제어실(101)로 전송시키며, 이 중앙제어실(101)의 데이터 유한해석 결과비교 프로그램(103)을 통하여 실시간으로 배관(2)의 평가를 수행하여 응급상황에 대한 경고 등을 관리자에게 인식시킬 수 있도록 이루어진 고온고압 배관의 3차원 변위 감시방법.
