Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a cylindrical mesh-filter fabricated of mesh densely wound in a spiral shape, and a wet type air cleaner for solving problems of an existing wet type air cleaner using a disk such as many fabrication process, high fabrication cost and limitation in improvement of air cleanliness efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A wet type air cleaner comprises a cylindrical mesh-filter which is fabricated by densely winding mesh in a spiral shape to substantially improve air cleaning action of the wet type air cleaner, a lower part of which is dipped into water to smoothly form a water film on the surface of the cylindrical mesh-filter, and an upper part of which enables water on the surface of the cylindrical mesh-filter to be contacted with air forcibly flown in from the outside; a motor for rotating the cylindrical mesh-filter at a low rotary speed; and an air fan for forcibly flowing air to the upper part of the cylindrical mesh-filter from the outside to substantially improve efficiency of the wet type air cleaner by increasing contact area of air and water on the upper part of the cylindrical mesh-filter, wherein the mesh-filter is rotated in water to play a role of doubling an air cleaning effect by scooping up water and substantially reduce volume of the air cleaner.

본 발명은 습식공기청정기의 공기의 정화작용을 획기적으로 증대시키기 위해 원기둥형 메쉬 필터를 이용한다. 이 필터는 모터에 의하여 회전된다. 필터의 하단부가 물에 잠기게 하여 수막형성을 원활하게 하였고, 상단부에서는 공기와 물의 접촉 면적을 증대시켜 습식공기청정기의 효율을 획기적으로 증대시킨다.The present invention uses a cylindrical mesh filter to significantly increase the purifying action of the air of the wet air cleaner.
