본 발명의 목적은 산업사회의 발달과 자동차 문화 발전에 환경친화 연료로 발전되어가는 과정에서 매년 차량보유 대수가 증가추세에 있는 우리의 현실에서 환경보전 측면에서 보급되는 LPG/LNG 자동차 증가에 이어 폐기되는 자동차의 연료 탱크인 LPG/LNG 폐 연료탱크에서 3∼30kg 잔양을 전량 회수, 정화하여 재이용하는데 목적이있고, 폐차장의 안전 및 무단 방출로 인한 대형 폭발사고를 방지하는데 그 목적이 있다.
