Claims (4)
- 혼합할 두 유체가 각기 유입되는 제 1 및 제 2 유입구;상기 제 1 및 제 2 유입구로 유입된 두 유체를 혼합하는 혼합부; 및상기 혼합부 내에 위치되고 상호간에 교차되면서 좌우 양측에 유체통로가 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2 차단막으로 구성된 미소량의 유체 혼합장치.
- 혼합할 두 유체가 각기 유입되는 제 1 및 제 2 유입구와 유입된 두 유체를 혼합하는 혼합부가 구비되는 하부기판;상기 하부기판의 상부에 일체로 부착되고 상기 하부기판의 제 1 유입구, 제 2 유입구 및 혼합부와 일체로 연통되는 제 1 유입구, 제 2 유입구 및 혼합부를 구비하는 상부기판;상기 하부기판 및 상부기판의 각각의 혼합부 내에 위치되고, 상호간에 교차되면서 좌우 양측에 유체통로가 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2 차단막으로 구성된 미소량의 유체 혼합장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 차단막은;혼합부 내에 복수 개가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소량의 유체 혼합장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 차단막은;상기 혼합부내에 수직으로 복수 개가 적층 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미소량의 유체 혼합장치.
