PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming internal sound field of a vehicle is provided to form automatically optimum sound field by controlling outputs of speakers based on according to the number and locations of passengers. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of speakers(1-5) are installed at front, rear, left, and right doors and a rear package tray, respectively. An amplifier(9) is used for amplifying audio signals and outputting amplified signals to the speakers. A plurality of passenger sensors(6a-6d) are used for sensing a boarding state of a passenger. A memory(8) is used for storing output ratios of the speakers to form optimum sound field. A microcomputer(7) is used for judging the loading state of the passenger and controlling the amplifier to operate the speakers according to the output ratios stored in the memory.
