본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기위하여 본 발명의 장치가 필요하다고 판단되어지는 것이다. 또한 사람의 주민증에 해당하는 고유번호를 사람이 직접 임의 적으로 기록, 발급하는것이 아니라, 이미 기록되어있는 단 하나의 ID를 발급함으로서 복제의 문제에 있어서도 더욱 투명성이 확신된다. 또한 애견에게 이식되거나 착용된 칩(2a, 2b)의 ID는 정보수집기(30)로부터 비접촉식으로 읽혀지기때문에 애견의 종류와 환경에 관계없이 검침이 가능하게 되는 것이며, 이러한 과정에 의해 애견에 발생된 모든 정보이력을 중앙서버(60)에 데이터베이스화 하여 기록, 관리하기때문에 애견정보의 투명성과 더불어, 애견의 주인이 직접 애견의 상태와 정보이력을 조회, 확인이 가능하게되는 것이다. 또한 애견이 유통시 양도되어진 사람(주인)의 신상정보가 함께 기록되어짐으로 애견이 버려지는 문제까지도 동시에 해결되는것이다.The present invention is deemed necessary to solve the above problems.
