Claims (5)
- [ⅰ] 합성섬유 또는 레이온 섬유와 도전성 섬유가 서로 교락되어 있으며 도전성 분말을 포함하는 도전성 부직포(1a), 상기 도전성 부직포(1a)의 양변에 형성되어 있는 구리박막의 전극선(1b) 및 상기 전극선(1b) 일측 말단에 형성되어 있는 전선 연결용 터미널(1c)로 구성된 면상 발열체(1)와, [ⅱ] 상기 면상 발열체(1)의 양면에 각각 라미네이팅 되어있는 2개의 절연필름(2,2')과, [ⅲ] 상기 절연필름(2,2')에 각각 라미네이팅 되어있는 2개의 부직포(3,3')와, [ⅳ] 상기 부직포(3,3')에 각각 라미네이팅 되어있는 2개의 폴리우레탄 발포시이트(4,4')로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트용 면상 발열 복합체.
- 1항에 있어서, 도전성 분말 및 도전성 섬유가 카본블랙, 은, 구리, 니켈 또는 알루미늄 성분으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트용 면상 발열 복합체.
- 1항에 있어서, 합성섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 폴리프로필렌 섬유 또는 폴리아크릴 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트용 면상 발열 복합체.
- 1항에 있어서, 절연필름(2,2')이 폴리우레탄 필름, 폴리올레핀계 필름, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 필름 또는 폴리비닐클로라이드 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트용 면상 발열 복합체.
- 1항에 있어서, 부직포(3,3')가 스펀레이스(spunlace) 타입의 레이온 섬유 부직포, 폴리에스테르 섬유 부직포, 폴리아미드 섬유 부직포, 폴리에틸렌 섬유 부직포, 폴리프로필렌 섬유 부직포 또는 폴리아크릴 섬유 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트용 면상 발열 복합체.
