A drainage hole for the container is formed in the center region of the bottom surface of the container,
The drain hole for the container is connected to the drain pipe for the container in which the valve for the container is located,
An auxiliary drain hole is formed in the outer region of the container, and an auxiliary drain pipe is connected to the auxiliary drain hole.

According to claim 1,
an upper frame portion extending upward from an upper end of the lower frame portion; and
Including a rolling mop fixing part located in the upper frame portion so that the rolling mop is hung and stored,
The rolling mop fixing part is provided in a plate structure, and the rolling mop washing table is provided so that a fixing groove is formed at one end in an opposite direction to a preset depth.

The mop stick fixing part,
an inner push rod fixing part located in an inner region of the upper frame part; and
A rolling mop washing table comprising an outer rolling mop fixing part located in an outer region of the upper frame part.
