안전모의 일측에 착탈가능하도록 착탈부를 구비하고, 소정의 두께를 갖으며, 중심부분이 소정각도로 절곡되어, 'L'자형의 단면으로 형성되는 본체;
상기 본체의 상측에 설치되어, 전방으로 빛을 조사하는 조명부; 및
상기 본체에 구비된 장착슬롯에 끼워지되, 탈착이 가능하도록 일측단에 끼움부가 형성되는 활선경보부;를 포함하며,
상기 착탈부는,
상기 안전모의 일측이 끼워지도록 끼움홈이 구비되며,
상기 끼움홈 부분이 상기 안전모에 끼워진 후 이탈이 방지되도록, 고무재질로 형성되고,
상기 활선경보부는,
고무재질의 외피부와, 상기 외피부의 내측에 설치되되, 상기 외피부에 의해 감싸져서 밀폐됨으로서, 외부로부터 수분이 침투하는 것이 방지되는 활선경보센서를 더 포함하며,
안전모 조명장치는,
상기 본체에 설치되어, 상기 활선경보부에서 활선을 감지할 때 경보음을 발생시키는 스피커;를 더 포함하고,
상기 조명부는,
전원이 공급되면 빛을 발생시키는 조명LED와,
상기 조명LED에서 발생된 빛을 집중시키는 렌즈를 포함하며,
상기 안전모 조명장치는,
상기 활선경보부의 동작상태를 확인하도록 녹색 또는 적색으로 발광되는 동작확인 LED; 및
상기 활선경보부를 시험하도록 누른상태에서 상기 스피커에서 경보음을 발생시키고, 상기 동작확인 LED를 적색으로 발광시키는 시험버튼을 더 포함하는, 안전모 조명장치.
