Description
The present invention relates to a drain tube fixing member, and more particularly, to a drain tube fixing member for fixing a drain tube to be inserted into a human body in order to remove drainage and inflammatory exudates that are generated in a process after a surgical wound.
In the case of a medical drain tube used for surgery, it is used as a passage for discharging the body fluids that may be generated during the surgical procedure from the inserted surgical site connected to the drainage device, such as a hemovac, as a drainage device. Such a medical drainage tube is inserted directly into the patient's body Therefore, in order to minimize the flow of the drain tube and prevent the detachment of the drain tube, the operator uses a surgical suture or the like to form and fix a knot in the drain tube.
However, in the conventional fixing method, a knot is formed and fixed to the main pipe of the drain tube by using a suture directly, the strength and fixing force of the knot made by the practitioner and the time of the procedure are very different according to the skill of the operator , It is possible that an untrained practitioner fixes the drain tube to reduce the diameter of the drain tube to such an extent that the suture is too strongly knotted to prevent the discharge of the body fluids or that the drain tube is knotted too weakly, By having fluidity due to external force, various problems may occur in the surgical site of the patient.
In addition, a "medical drain tube fixing device" of Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0754105 has been introduced as a prior art.
In the case of the above-described prior art, the external side pressure transmitted to the skin tissue of the patient is minimized and the flow of the drain pipe is suppressed by fixing the drain tube by using the adhesive sheet and the fixing strap.
However, this prior art has the disadvantage that the adhesive sheet is in direct contact with the skin tissue of the patient to provide a space for fixing the drain tube and not enough space for fixing the drain tube at the time of surgery, There is a problem in that it is not possible to provide a sufficient fixation force required to prevent the drainage tube from flowing out and flowing as compared with a fixing method of forming a given knot.
On the other hand, the drain tube is vertically used or horizontally laid according to the patient's surgical site and the patient's posture, and accordingly, it is inconvenient to use the vertical direction fixing member and the horizontal direction fixing member respectively.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a drain tube fixing member configured to selectively adjust a horizontal direction and a vertical direction.

In addition, the fastening portion may further include a drain tube support base to which the drain tube is fastened and supported, and a plurality of guide protrusions formed on both sides of the drain tube support base and moving along the guide holes.
In addition, a support protrusion is formed at a leading end portion and a trailing end portion of the guide hole so as to support the fastening portion to be fastened and guided.
In addition, the drain tube support is cut at one side in the longitudinal direction in which the drain tube is coupled.
The drain pipe fixing part is made of ABS or PC material.
Further, the attachment fixing portion is formed of a hydrocolloid material.
According to the present invention described above, the drain can be selectively used in a horizontal state or a vertical state, and the corresponding fastening part can be used according to the size (diameter) of the drainage tube, .
Also, it can be maintained in a fixed state through the support protrusions, the guide protrusions, and the plurality of guide projections in a horizontal state or a vertical state.
In addition, the drain tube fixing part is made of ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) or PC (Polycarbonate) material to maintain a constant strength, thereby maintaining the horizontal and vertical state of the drain tube fixing part and securing the supporting force.
In addition, by using the hydrocolloid material, which is widely used for wound healing, it is possible to maintain the wound area in a wet state, protect the wound from external substances, absorb the exudates secreted from the wound, And minimizes skin side effects because it is a wound dressing having self-adhesive property when it comes into contact with the skin.
