Claims (4)
상기 뚜껑(20)은 상기 용기본체(10)의 외경이 삽입되어 지지되는 유지부(21)와;
상기 유지부(21)의 상단은 내향으로 절곡시켜 단턱(22)을 형성하고, 상기 유지부(21)의 내경보다 작은 내경이 형성된 연결부(23)와;
상기 연결부(23)의 상단은 내경으로 절곡형성된 걸림턱(24)과;
상기 걸림턱(24)의 하부내면에는 상기 용기본체(10)를 조립 시 상기 용기본체(10)의 상단이 필요 이상으로 들어가는 것을 방지하기 위해서 다수개로 형성된 스토퍼(25)와;
상기 연결부(23)의 상부에 형성된 보호부(26)와;
상기 연결부(23)의 상부와 상기 보호부(26)의 하부사이에 상기 섭취도구(30)를 넣고 지지되도록 상기 연결부(23)의 상부와 상기 보호부(26)의 하부의 사이에 다수개로 형성된 걸림부재(27)로 구성되고,
상기 걸림부재(27)가 형성된 상기 걸림턱(24)의 상부에는 내부에 상기 섭취도구가 보관되는 공간부(28)가 형성되고, 상기 유지부(21)의 상부로는 직경이 작아지면서 상기 용기본체(10)의 내부를 덮어 보호하도록 상기 유지부(21)의 상부와 일체로 형성된 상기 보호부(26)로 구비되는 섭취도구가 보관된 식품용기 뚜껑에 있어서,
상기 걸림부재(27)와 상기 걸림부재(27)의 사이에 홈부(27a)가 형성되고, 상기 유지부(21)의 내측면에 일체로 형성된 상기 걸림부재(27)의 내측면에 형성된 통공(27b)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 섭취도구가 보관된 식품용기 뚜껑.A lid (20) assembled on an upper part of a container body (10) for storing food and a food container lid in which an ingestion tool (30) is stored in the lid (20)
