상기 2개의 절단날(30)(30)에 각각 구비되는 연결부(32)에 통공되는 고정구멍(33)들에 체결되어 상기 2개의 절단날(30)(30)의 타측단에 서로 대칭되게 절곡되는 상기 연결부(32)를 연결하는 제1고정피스(40) 및 제1고정너트(41)와;
