Claims (12)
- 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로에 있어서,압전 기판 및 2개의 도전 층을 포함하는 압전 커패시터로서, 상기 압전 기판에는 상부면 및 하부면이 제공되고, 상기 2개의 도전 층은 상기 압전 기판의 상기 상부면 및 상기 하부면 상에 각각 형성되어, 상기 압전 커패시터의 2개의 전극을 형성하는 상기 압전 커패시터;상기 압전 커패시터와 직렬 또는 병렬로 접속된 공진 인덕터;상기 압전 커패시터 및 광 튜브에 전기적으로 결합되어, 상기 광 튜브에 더 높은 전압을 제공하는 부스트 변압기; 및상기 광 튜브와 병렬로 접속되는 보조 커패시터를 포함하는데,상기 보조 커패시터의 수는 2개이며, 상기 광 튜브는 2개의 보조 커패시터 사이에 직렬 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공진 인덕터의 수는 2개인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 공진 인덕터는 상기 압전 커패시터와 병렬로 접속되거나, 상기 압전 커패시터와 각각 직렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 튜브는 고-강도-방전등(HID), 할로겐화 금속등, 세라믹 폴 형광등(CPFL), 냉음극 형광등(CCFL), 외부 전극 형광등(EEFL), 콤팩트 형광등(CFL), 또는 발광 다이오드(LED) 중 단일의 피스인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 튜브는 고-강도-방전등(HID), 할로겐화 금속등, 세라믹 폴 형광등(CPFL), 냉음극 형광등(CCFL), 외부 전극 형광등(EEFL), 콤팩트 형광등(CFL), 또는 발광 다이오드(LED) 중 복수의 피스의 병렬 접속인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조 커패시터는 또 다른 압전 커패시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 보조 커패시터는 각각 상기 공진 인덕터와 직렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 튜브 각각은 상기 보조 커패시터 및 상기 공진 인덕터와 각각 직렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 타입 공진 고-전압 광-개시 회로.
