Abstract

본 고안은 주행중인 타이어의 내부온도를 측정할 수 있는 타이어 내부온도 측정센서에 관한 것으로, 특히 내구성과 단열성이 확보된 삽입형 타이어 내부온도 측정장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 고안은 타이어(1) 내부에 삽입되어 타이어 주행 중 내부의 온도를 측정할 수 있는 타이어 내부온도 측정센서에 있어서, 상기 타이어(1)에 삽입되는 나선형 몸체(2)의 내부에는 한쪽 끝단에 센싱 포인트(3)를 가진 서머커플 케이블(4)이 내장되어 외부전선(5)과 연결되어 있으며, 이 몸체(2)의 중간에는 센싱 포인트(3)가 외부 냉각에 영향받지 않도록 단열재(6)가 내장되고 상기 몸체(2)의 외부 끝단으로 육각볼트(7)가 형성되면서 보호 케이싱(8)으로 외부전선(5)의 일부를 감싸아 보호하도록 이루어진 구조로 되어 있다.
