ㄷ 자 형태로 형성되어 우산 손잡이(11) 또는 우산 지주대(12)가 삽입되며 내측 일면에는 고무 또는 우레탄 중에 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어지는 미끄럼 방지 소재(115)가 부착된 개구부(110)와;
상기 개구부(110)에 삽입되는 우산을 개구부(110)의 내측 일면으로 밀착시켜 고정하기 위한 것으로 상기 개구부(110)의 개방부 내부에서 이동 가능한 판상형으로 이루어지고, 우산의 손잡이(11) 또는 지주대(12)를 걸착하기 위한 것으로 테두리에는 고무 또는 우레탄 중에 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어지는 미끄럼 방지 소재(126)가 부착된 걸착홈(125)과, 우산을 상기 걸착홈(125)까지 가이드 하기 위하여 개구부(110)의 개방측으로부터 상기 걸착홈(125)까지 경사져 형성된 가이드면(128)이 구성된 슬라이이드부(120)와;
상기 슬라이드부(120)를 개구부(110)의 내측 일면으로 탄성 지지하기 위하여 구성된 것으로서, 상기 슬라이드부(120)의 일단을 스프링(135)으로 지지하도록 구성되는 탄지부재(130);로 구성되어,
