Abstract

본 고안은 자동차 전조등이나 안개등과 같은 조명등의 하우징에 장치되는 통기구조에 관한 것으로, 방수 및 제습 효과는 향상되고 구조는 간단하여 제조원가를 절감할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 자동차 조명등의 하우징에 별도의 통기 구조가 필요하지 않아 구조가 간단하고, 물이나 이물질이 침투하는 것을 막고, 하우징 내부의 습한 공기는 점등시 팽창에 의해 외부로 쉽게 배출되도록 하여 방수 및 제습 효과는 향상되도록 하는 자동차 조명등의 제습 구조를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 고안은, 조명등의 하우징(10) 후면에 단순 통기구멍(10a)이 형성되고, 멤브레인(22)을 부착시킨 원단으로 이루어진 섬유필터(20)가 통기구멍(10a)을 덮고 하우징(10)의 표면에 열에 의해 융착되어 하우징 및 통기 구성이 간단하여 금형제작이 용이하도록 하고, 제조 및 조립공정이 단축되도록 하므로 원가를 절감하도록 하는 자동차 조명등의 제습 구조이다.
