Claims (2)
- 직교 좌표로 기준선(X, Y)이 표시된 바닥부(1) 위에 눈금자가 표시된 원형 투명판(2), 막대의 한쪽 평면이 X축과 접하게 2개의 시료고정용 막대(4)를 설치하였고, 소형 레이저포인터(5)는 광선의 입사각을 임의의 각도로 조절할 수 있도록 하였으며, 고체 시료를 통과하여 다시 공기 속으로 굴절되어 나온 광선과 고체 시료가 없을 때 직진한 광선이 서로 나란한 성질을 이용하여 고체 시료의 굴절률을 측정할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 굴절률 측정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 레이저광선의 입사각이 45°가 되도록 소형 레이저포인터(5)를 설치하고, 눈금자가 표시된 원형 판(2) 대신 눈금자가 표시된 투명 평판(2)을 평판 시료가 없을 때 바닥부(1)의 중심점 O의 수직선을 지나 직진하는 레이저광선에 수직이 되도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 굴절률 측정장치.
