Description
The present invention relates to a sediment filter that can be cleaned, and more particularly, to a sediment filter that can be cleaned without disassembling the housing by forming an opening and closing washing tube under the housing of the sediment filter.
Precipitating filter is a general filter used to filter water suitable for drinking in a water purifier and the like. Such sedimentation filter is equipped with a mesh network or a micro filter to filter out contaminants therein, and includes a housing that protects the filter from the outside. It is common for the housing to have an inlet pipe through which water enters the filter and a water outlet pipe through which purified water is discharged.
Such a precipitation filter should periodically replace the internal micro filter, and in order to clean the contaminants in the housing of the precipitation filter after long-term use, it is common to dismantle the housing itself. Therefore, the housing itself is manufactured to be detachable, and it must be formed to be disassembled and coupled by screws or the like.
This conventional sedimentation filter is often disassembled and coupled to the housing for filter replacement, and the housing is worn. If the user does not inadvertently completely seal the housing after disassembly and cleaning, leakage occurs and the purification ability is reduced. There is a problem of deterioration. In addition, there is a problem that the housing itself is decomposed by the water pressure of the inflow and outflow water.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, in order to provide a sediment filter which can be cleaned without disassembling the housing by forming a washing tube that can be opened and closed in the sediment filter that can be cleaned, especially the housing of the sediment filter. It is done.
The present invention provided to achieve the above object is a sediment filter in which a filter for filtering contaminants contained in the water is embedded in the housing, wherein the housing comprises: an inlet pipe through which the water flows; A water outlet pipe which is discharged while the water is purified by the filter; And a washing tube formed to be opened and closed at a lower side of the housing; wherein the washing tube is closed and the water introduced into the water inlet tube is discharged through the water outlet tube in a purified state through the filter. In the state in which the washing tube is opened, water flowing into the water inlet tube is discharged through the washing tube, so that the housing and the filter can be washed.
The diameter of the washing tube is preferably formed larger than the diameter of the water outlet tube.
The washing tube preferably further includes a valve for controlling the opening and closing of the washing tube.
The inlet pipe is preferably formed on the side of the housing so that the incoming water is discharged to the cleaning pipe while rotating along the inner wall of the housing.
The inner wall of the housing is preferably formed with a flow path guide for guiding the path that is discharged to the cleaning tube while the water flowing through the inlet pipe rotates along the inner wall of the housing.
According to the sedimentation filter according to the present invention, in the sedimentation filter that can be cleaned, in particular, by forming a washing tube that can be opened and closed on the lower side of the housing of the sedimentation filter, there is an effect capable of washing without disassembling the housing.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the configuration of the present invention.
Referring to Figure 1, the precipitation filter according to the present invention, the
Precipitating filter according to the prior art is formed so that the housing itself can be separated, it is common to remove the housing, take out the filter inside the washing and reassemble after washing is required. In this case, inconvenience of the user is increased.
On the other hand, in the precipitation filter according to the present invention, in the state in which the
Therefore, there is no need to disassemble the
The material of the
Of course, the sedimentation filter separates the hose (not shown) connected to the
In this case of backwashing, the diameter of the
In addition, the
2, in the precipitation filter according to another embodiment of the present invention, the water flowing into the inlet pipe 21 'of the
Since the
This
Referring to FIG. 3, in order to maximize the cleaning effect of the inner wall of the
The
