Claims (3)
- 온수관의 단부에 결합되어 온수관의 단부를 밀폐시키는 전열온수관 단부 밀폐구조에 있어서,외주면 선단부와 후단부에 수나사부가 형성되고, 중앙에는 관통공이 관통 형성되며, 관통공의 내부 일부분에는 걸림턱이 형성되고, 후면에는 결합홈이 형성된 연결관;상기 연결관의 결합홈에 결합되고, 내부에는 열매체수가 충진된 온수관;상기 연결관의 후단부 수나사부에 나사체결되고, 내부에 삽입된 와셔를 가압하여 온수관이 연결관에 고정되도록 잡아주는 캡너트;상기 연결관의 전방에서 관통공에 결합되되, 그 단부가 걸림턱에 닿도록 결합된 밀봉부재;상기 밀봉부재의 전방에 밀착되게 조립된 밀착지지부재;상기 온수관 내부를 경유하여 연결관의 관통공을 통해 밀봉부재를 관통하도록 연장된 전열선;상기 전열선과 연결터미널을 통해 전기적으로 연결되는 전원선;상기 연결관의 선단부 수나사부에 나사체결되어 연결터미널을 감싸 보호하고 밀착지지부재가 전방으로 밀리지 않도록 잡아주는 보호캡; 및상기 전원선이 관통되는 보호캡의 관통 부분을 밀봉시키는 실링부재를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 실링부재는 보호캡의 내부에 매립되게 설치되거나 보호캡의 내측면에 부착되게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전열온수관 단부 밀폐구조.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호캡의 내부에는 걸림단이 형성되고, 상기 밀착지지부재의 외주면에는 걸림단과 대응되는 걸림턱이 형성되어, 걸림턱이 걸림단에 걸려 전방으로 밀리지 않도록 잡아주게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전열온수관 단부 밀폐구조.
