Claims (4)
- 하부로 유입되는 공정폐수를 상부로 배출시키고 배출되는 공정폐수를 넓게 분배시키는 분배조와,상기 분배조에서 분배되어진 공정폐수에 진동을 가하여 탈수를 행하는 탈수기와,프레임에 소정의 간격을 두고 회전가능하게 지지되는 구동롤러 및 종동롤러에 감겨져 회전하는 망형상 벨트 위로 상기 탈수기를 통과한 슬러지를 이송시키는 이송장치와,상기 탈수기와 이송장치의 망형상 벨트 하부에 설치되어 낙하하는 여과수가 집수되는 물받이와,상기 이송장치의 망형상 벨트의 상부에 소정의 간격을 두고 설치되고 상기 슬러지를 좌우로 뒤집어 고르게 펴는 교반부와,상기 탈수기 반대쪽에 설치되고 블레이드가 상기 망형상 벨트와 접촉하는 것에 의하여 슬러지를 망형상 벨트로부터 분리시키는 슬러지독터를 포함하는 폐수농축장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분배조는 통형상으로 이루어지고 하부 한쪽 측면에 입구가 형성되고 상부 반대쪽 측면에 출구가 형성되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 출구에 연결되고 출구에서 멀어질수록 폭이 점차 넓어지는 판형상의 배출가이드와, 상기 배출가이드의 중앙에 설치되어 배출된 공정폐수가 넓게 펴질 수 있도록 폭이 점차 좁아지는 판형상으로 형성되는 분배돌기를 포함하는 폐수농축장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 탈수기는 소정의 간격을 두고 복수의 구멍이 형성되고 상기 분배조와 상기 망형상 벨트 사이에 설치되는 타공판과, 상기 타공판과 연결되어 진동을 부여하는 진동모터를 포함하는 폐수농축장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 교반부는 상기 이송장치의 망형상 벨트 상부를 소정의 간격을 두고 가로질러 설치되는 고정프레임과, 상기 고정프레임에 소정의 간격을 두고 수직으로 설치되고 하부 끝부분이 슬러지와 접하여 슬러지를 좌우로 뒤집는 다수의 교반부재와, 상기 고정프레임과 소정의 간격을 두고 수평으로 설치되고 교반부재를 통해 공급되는 슬러지를 누르면서 망형상 벨트 상부에 고르게 펴주는 하나이상의 펼침판을 포함하는 폐수농축장치.
