본 고안은 "공간이 구성된 이중종이용기"에 관한것으로 안쪽에서 결합되는 안쪽 종이용기 입구에는 겉쪽으로 말리는 형태의 입구턱을 구성시키고 겉쪽에서 결합되는 겉쪽 종이원통은 위쪽은 넓고 아래쪽은 쫍게 구성시키고 입구는 톱날모양으로 구성시킨 다음 안쪽으로 경사지게 꺾이도록 구성시켜 안쪽 종이용기 입구턱 홈에 삽입시키고, 종이원통 아래부분으로 안쪽 종이용기 아래 끝부분을 안쪽으로 감싸면서 결합시키면 안쪽 종이용기 벽면과 겉쪽 종이원통 벽면사이에 공간이 생기고 종이용기 위쪽에 큰 공간이 구성되는 이중종이용기가 구성된다.

이렇게 구성시킨 공간은 안쪽 종이용기에 담긴 뜨거운 음식물의 온도는 겉쪽 표면까지 전도되지 않으므로 음식물의 뜨거움을 느끼지 않으면서 사용하기 편리함을 제공하게 된다.
