The present invention relates to an aluminum exterior panel that can be connected and installed continuously, and more specifically, it can be divided into a panel body and a coupling part and an insertion part, which are configured in the longitudinal direction of the building panel. Consisting of the insertion part is composed of the insertion groove formed in one direction and when the construction of the building panel connection is not marked on the connection portion and can achieve a close coupling without using a separate binding material and finishing material, if necessary The present invention relates to a building panel which is characterized by the possibility of reducing or increasing the total area of the wall exterior.
Usually, when the exterior frame of the building is completed, exterior construction is carried out to decorate the exterior of the building. The exterior wall structure of such a building is divided into a plate wall structure, a straight wall structure, and a laminated wall structure. In general, a wall structure using cement mortar, or a wall structure in which stone, tiles, metal panels, etc. are used as the main construction is used. The plate wall structure has a high risk of burning due to fire and is almost not durable. It has not been used. However, recently, as interest in rural life increases and construction cases of rural houses increase, such a conventional wall structure is used again.
A scale plate wall (or horizontal plate wall) structure, which is the most common form of such a plate wall structure, is schematically shown in FIG.
As shown in Fig. 8, the scaffolding wall structure refers to a structure in which a board having a thickness of 7 to 20 mm and a width of 150 to 200 mm is overlapped by about 25 mm and formed by nailing it to a wall or a pillar. Let the horses' teeth alternate or miter.
Since the scaly wall structure is beautiful in appearance and gives a natural feel peculiar to wood, it is recently used in rural houses.
On the other hand, the scale plate wall structure as described above has the disadvantage that the material must be expensive because the material cost is high and there is a high risk of burning against fire. There is a disadvantage that the wood is warped and deformed as exposure and drying by sunlight are repeated.
In addition, paint work is required for the reasons of anti-corruption and waterproofing, and the part where the board overlaps with the board is very vulnerable to waterproofing, which requires caulking work (clogging work). Since it is exposed, defects such as discoloration or bursting may occur after a long time of construction, and oils inside the caulking may penetrate the wood and discolor the wood. In addition, the caulking treatment may cause condensation due to the lack of air permeability of the outside and inside, which may cause the wood inside the exterior to rot.
In order to solve the above problem, there is a method of fixing the frame made of aluminum having excellent durability, not wood, on the wall and inserting a panel into the frame top plate to manufacture the outer wall, but this method also uses aluminum as a frame and the panel on the frame top plate. It should be provided separately, and the connection method of the aluminum frame is also very inefficient on the construction because the connection method is not smooth according to the cross-sectional shape of the frame.
The present invention is devised to solve the above problems, the purpose of the present invention is not used for the purpose of the durable aluminum frame is used as one exterior material through the coating and off-white work, combined with the coupling portion It is aimed to provide a structurally robust aluminum exterior panel that is easy to construct by being coupled to the insertion groove in the insertion groove via the protrusion.
In addition, in some cases, by using any insertion groove of the insertion part, the fixing part of the coupling part is positioned between outside and inside of the upper plate of the panel, and fixed by using a fastener, known as a fastener, and constructing it. It aims to reduce product waste by increasing the aesthetics and reducing or increasing the area of the entire wall.
