Abstract
본 고안은 전자렌지 등에 의해 가열된 세라믹에 의한 원적외선 방사방석에 관한 것이다.
원적외선은 인체의 건강증진 및 질병치료에 탁월한 효과가 있음이 알려짐에 따라 이를 이용한 여러 가지 종류의 치료방법이 공지된 바 있으나 이와 같은 치료방법은 사우나 시설과 같은 전신치료는 가능하지만 치질이나 전립선염 또는 자궁질환과 같은 국부적인 건강증진이나 치료목적에는 사용할 수 없어 이점을 개선하기 위해 방석 몸체내에 세라믹이 첨가된 큐션체나 세라믹 미립자가 장입된 포대내부를 전열선으로 가열할 수 있게 한 것이 공지된 바 있으나 이와 같은 치료기구는 인체에 유해한 전자파가 방사되는 폐단이 있어 이점을 개선할 목적으로 가열된 실리콘액이나 방사물질이 함유된 물주머니를 방석으로 사용하는 경우도 있으나 이는 사용과정중 쉽게 파열 누액되는 폐단이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이상의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로 이의 고안요지는 폴리우레탄 등의 발포성 수지로 강하게 또는 연하게 발포 성형된 큐션체(2)가 장입된 방석몸체(1)의 중심부에는 일측이 트임부(3a)로 된 파스너(4)가 개재된 주머니(3)를 형성하여 이 주머니(3)내에는 전자렌지 등의 가열기구에 의해 가열된 세라믹 방사체(6)가 담긴 포대(5)가 수납되게 한 것으로 이를 차량의 운전석 또는 사무실의 의자생활과 같이 장시간 좌석할 때 방석으로 사용하면 치질이나 전립선염 또는 자궁질환 예방 및 치료에 크게 기여할 수 있는 것이다.

본 고안은 전자렌지 등에 의해 가열된 세라믹에 의한 원적외선 방사 방석에 관한 것이다.
원적외선은 인체의 건강증진 및 질병치료에 탁월한 효과가 있음이 알려짐에 따라 이를 이용한 여러 가지 종류의 건강증진 및 치료방법이 공지된 바 있으나 이와 같은 방법은 주로 대중사우나 시설등에서 전신 찜질형식으로 시행하고 있기 때문에 인체의 전신치료는 가능하지만 치질이나 전립선염 또는 자궁질환과 같은 국부적인 치료는 불가능하므로 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 방석내에 장입된 원적외선 방사물질인 세라믹을 전열선으로 가열할 수 있게 한 것이 공지된 바 있으나 이는 세라믹 방사파와 전자파가 동시에 방사하게 되므로 인체에 나쁜 영향을 미치게 되는 폐단이 있었던 것이다.
한편 가열된 실리콘액 주머니나 방사물질이 함유된 물주머니를 방석으로 사용하는 경우도 있으나 이는 사용과정 중 쉽게 파열 누액되는 폐단이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이상의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로 이의 고안요지는 폴리우레탄 등 발포성 합성수지로 강하게 또는 연하게 발포성형 된 큐션체(2)가 장입된 방석 몸체(1)의 중심부에는 일측이 트임부(3a)로 된 주머니(3)를 형성하여 파스너(4)로 트임부(3a)가 개폐되게 하되 이 주머니(3)내에는 가열된 세라믹 방사체(6)가 담긴 포대(5)가 수납되게 한 것이다.
이를 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
폴리우레탄수지 등 발포성 합성수지로 강성 또는 연성으로 발포 성형된 큐션체 (2)가 장입된 방석 몸체(1)의 중심부에는 일측이 트임부(3a)로 된 주머니(3)가 형성되고 이 주머니(3)의 트임부(3a)에는 파스너(4)가 설치되고 상기한 주머니(3)내에는 전자렌지에 의해 60~80℃로 가열된 세라믹 방사체(6)가 담긴 포대(5)가 수납되어지게 한 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 치질이나 전립선염 또는 냉대하증이나 자궁질환 치료 및 예방에 도움을 주는 원적외선 방사 방석인 바 이를 사용할 때는 먼저 주머니(3)내에 수납되는 세라믹 방사체(6)의 포대(5)를 통상의 전자렌지에 넣어 2~3분간 60~80℃로 가열한 후 이를 방석몸체(1)의 주머니(3)의 트임부(3a)를 통해 장입한 후 파스너(4)를 잠그면 주머니(3)내 수납된 세라믹 방사체(6)에서는 다량의 원적외선을 방사하게 된다.
그리고 상기한 세라믹 방사체로는 탄화규소, 황토, 천연옥, 페라이트 알루미늄, 산화규소, 마그네시아, 실리카겔과 같이 40℃에서 다량의 원적외선이 방사되는 고체입자 단독 또는 두가지 이상의 혼합물이면 되는 것이다.
따라서 이를 방석으로 깔고 사용하게 되면 인체의 체열이 작용하여 몸체(1)는 40~45℃의 열이 장시간(2시간)이상 유지하기 때문에 남성의 경우는 치질, 전립선염 예방 및 치료가 되고 여성의 경우는 치질 및 자궁질환 예방 및 치료 기능을 하게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 폴리우레탄 등의 발포성 수지로 발포성형된 큐션체(2)가 장입된 방석몸체(1)의 중심부에는 일측이 파스너(4)를 개재한 트임부(3a)로된 주머 니(3)를 형성하여 이에 전자렌지에 의해 60~80℃로 가열된 원적외선 방사체(6)가 담긴 포대(5)가 수납되어 파스너(4)에 의해 밀폐되게 하였기 때문에 사용상 편리할뿐만 아니라 국부적인 치료 및 건강증진에 효과가 있는 것이다.

- 폴리우레탄등 발포성 수지로 강성 또는 연성으로 발포성형된 큐션체(2)가 장입된 방석몸체(1)의 중심부에는 일측이 트임부(3a)로 된 파스너(4)를 개재한 주머니(3)을 형성하여 이 주머니(3)내에는 가열된 세라믹 방사체(6)가 담긴 포대(5)가 수납되게 함을 특징으로 한 가열된 세라믹에 의한 원적외선 방사 방석.
