본 고안은 마스크를 개량하여 마스크겉감 에 항균,소취작용이 뛰어난 광촉매(Tio2)를 마스크안감 에 항균,소취작용일 뛰어난 은나노(Ag+)를 스프레이식,침지식,화학적결합방식을 통하여 코팅 부착하여 제조함으로써 마스크 착용자가 호흡을 할 때 감염위험이 있는 바이러스가 마스크겉감에 코팅된 광촉매(Tio2)에 의하여 1차 항 균 이 되며, 마스크안감에 코팅된 은나노(Ag+)에 의하여 2차 항균됨 으로써 외부 바이러스에 의한 호흡기 감염을 방지 하는 제품에 관한 것이다.The present invention improves the mask by applying a photocatalyst (Tio 2 ) which has excellent antibacterial and deodorant effect on the outer surface of the mask and coating silver nano (Ag +) which has excellent antibacterial and deodorant effect on the mask lining by spraying, dipping and chemical bonding method. 본 고안은 광촉매(이산화티타늄Tio2)의 강력한 항균, 소취작용과 은(Ag+)의 강력한 항균, 소취 작용을 기반으로 고안되었으며, 광촉매의 성질을 보면 광촉매(이산화티타늄Tio2)는 태양광이나 형광등의 자외선을 받으면 마치 태양전지의 원리처럼 -전기를 가진 전자(e-)와 +전기를 가진 정공(h+)이 형성 된다. 그중에서 정공(h+)은 특히 강력한 산화작용을 하는 수산화물(OH Radical)을 형성하며 살균용 염소나 오존보다 강력한 산화력을 갖게 된다. 또한 전자는 광촉매에 흡착되어 있는 산소를 산소이온으로 생성시키는데 이 산소이온은 산화반응의 중간체와 과산화물을 생성 하던가 과산화수소를 통하여 물의 반응 등을 생성한다. 이의 반응에 따라 광촉매의 효과는 자외선차단, 오염방지효과, 공기정화효과, 살균효과, 냄새제거효과 등이 있으며, 은(Ag+)의 성질을 보면 예로부터 살균력 과 면역 기능이 뛰어난 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 마스크 착용시 외부에 노출되는 겉감은 자 외선에 반응하여 작용하는 광촉매(Tio2)를 스프레이식,침지식,화학적결합방식 으로 코팅, 부착하여 사용하고 안감은 바이러스가 생존하지 못하는 환경을 만들어 항균 및 소취작용을 하는 은나노(Ag+)를 스프레이식,침치식,화학적결합방식으로 코팅, 부착하여 사용함으로 써 마스크 사용자가 호흡시 외부에서 들어오는 바이러스가 겉감에 적용된 광촉매(Tio2)에 의하여 1차 항균처리가 되고 안감에 적용된 은나노(Ag+)에 의하여 2차 항균처리가 됨으로써 높은 항균기능을 발휘 하며, 또한 마스크의 오랜 사용 시 발생하는 침 등에 의한 악취발생을 입에 접촉되는 안감 부분에 적용된 은나노(Ag+)에 의하여 악취발생의 원인을 제거 하여 소취기능을 발휘 할 수 있게 된다.The present invention was designed based on the strong antibacterial, deodorant action of photocatalyst (Titanium dioxide) and the strong antibacterial and deodorant action of silver (Ag +).
