한 도마에서 여러가지 음식물을 칼로 자르거나 다지거나 할 경우 음식물의 냄새나 맛이 혼합되어 조리에 문제점이 발생하기 때문에 음식물에 종류에 따라 두개 이상의 도마를 구분사용할 필요가 있게 된다.When cutting or chopping various foods on a cutting board, the smell or taste of the food is mixed, causing problems in cooking. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 2차의 사출성형 공정을 거쳐 도마를 제작하게 되며, 우선 1차로 도마의 절반 두께의 1차 성형품을 제작하고 1차 성형품을 금형내에 삽입하여 1차 성형품과는 다른색의 재료로 인써트 사출성형방식으로 2차 완성품을 제작하는 이중사출방식을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.In order to achieve the above object, the present invention manufactures a cutting board through a second injection molding process. 제 2도는 본 고안품의 사출성형 과정으로 2차레의 사출성형 공정으로 만들게 되며 도마양면은 각각의 금형을 갖추어야 한다. 우선, 한쪽면의 금형으로 1차 사출성형품을 만들며(도2의 1) 이때 1차 성형품의 두께는 완성품두께의 절반이 되고 한가지 색을 가지게 된다.(도2의 1-a) 완성된 1차 사출품을 제2의 금형에 결합시키고 결합된 상태에서 1차 사출품과는 다른색의 수지를 사용하여 2차 인써트사출을 하여(도2의 2) 도마를 완성하게 되며 이때 1차 사출성형품과의 접속되는 면은 금형의 온도 및 직접 접하게되는 응용된 2차사출수지의 온도에 의하여 융용점에 근접한 온 도의 열을 받게되어 열 및 사출기의 사출압에 의해 두면은 일체형으로 결합하게 된다.
