The present invention relates to an image acquisition system in an inspection apparatus for inspecting whether a specific object such as a printed circuit board (PCB) is defective, and relates to an image acquisition system using a plurality of camera arrangement methods.
In general, the field where the image acquisition system is applied may be applied to a PCB or LCD surface inspection system where the image acquisition target is precise and the image acquisition size is relatively large.
Such PCB defect inspection PCB and LCD surface inspection is based on the visual inspection step that depends on the eyes of the inspector, and in recent years it is common to use a visual recognition device using a camera due to the development of technology.
Such a visual recognition apparatus photographs the surface of the PCB, and compares the photographed image data with reference data for the PCB good quality to determine whether there is a defect.
The visual recognition device receives an image photographing means (camera) for photographing the inspection surface of the PCB, a driving device for moving the camera on the inspection surface of the PCB, and an image signal photographed by the image photographing means as an input and stored therein. Comparing with the reference image data, it consists of a computer (PC) for determining whether the PCB is defective or not and informs the result.
FIG. 1 is a view schematically showing a

However, such a conventional visual recognition device has to configure a driving device including a motor, a camera installation and a moving means to move the camera position, the complexity of the configuration and of course increases the manufacturing cost.
In addition, the production cost is increased by using a high-resolution high-resolution industrial camera.
In addition, since the camera must be moved, the deterioration of the image acquisition speed is inevitable, which requires a long inspection time, and the stability of the mechanism for moving the camera is urgently required.

By adopting a camera arrangement method of arranging a plurality of cameras, it is possible to acquire an image without having to move the camera according to the image acquisition position of the image acquisition target, thereby eliminating the need to configure a driving means for moving the camera. In addition, the present study aims to provide a fast and stable image acquisition system.
In addition, by adopting a cell-type camera arrangement that can be freely spliced and detached, it is possible to respond appropriately according to the size and size of the object to be acquired, thereby providing a desired image acquisition system using a combination of low-resolution low-resolution cameras without using expensive high-resolution cameras. It is to be done.
