Claims (4)
- 전기에너지에 의하여 발열되는 히터와 상기 히터의 열을 히트파이프로 전달하는 가열코어와 상기 가열코어에 접속결합되는 히트파이프가 구비되는 방열장치에 있어서,내부에 하나의 히트파이프 결합홀(51)이 형성되고 외측면에 히터(10)를 설치하기 위한 오목홈(53)이 하나 이상 형성된 가열코어(50)와, 선단부가 상기 가열코어(50)의 히트파이프 결합홀(51)에 설치되며 외주면에 방열핀(31)이 구비되는 히트파이프(30)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프를 이용하는 전기 방열 유니트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가열코어(50)는 상기 히트파이프 결합홀(51)을 중심으로 분할형성되며 상기 오목홈(53)이 양측에 대향 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프를 이용하는 전기 방열 유니트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 분할형성된 가열코어(50)와 히터(10) 및 히트파이프(30)의 고정은 열전 도 특성을 갖는 접착제(60)에 의하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프를 이용하는 전기 방열 유니트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 히트파이프의 방열핀(31)은 나선형상(31a) 또는 와셔형상(31b) 또는 방사형(31c)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프를 이용하는 전기 방열 유니트.
