Description
Claims (7)
- 전달되는 응력에 의해 단면적이 감소되는 내부심재; 및외부하중에 의한 응력이 내부심재에 전달되도록 상기 내부심재를 둘러싸고 있는 섬유보강폴리머체;를 포함하며, 전체적인 형상이 바 또는 판 형상으로서 외부하중에 의한 내부심재의 항복 및 내부심재의 단면적 감소에 의하여 섬유보강폴리머체가 추가적인 응력부담 없이 변형률이 증가됨으로서 외부하중에 대해 연성파괴 거동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부심재는 섬유보강폴리머체 보다 항복강도가 낮은 원형 또는 타원형 관으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유보강폴리머체는 내부심재 둘레를 섬유보강폴리머 재질의 꼬아진 실(yarn)을 이용하여 전체적으로 내부심재를 나선형태로 감싸 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재.
- 전달되는 응력에 의해 단면적이 감소되는 내부심재; 및외부하중에 의한 응력이 내부심재에 전달되도록 상기 내부심재의 양 면에 적층된 섬유보강폴리머체;를 포함하며, 전체적인 형상이 판 형상으로서 외부하중에의한 내부심재의 항복 및 내부심재의 단면적 감소에 의하여 섬유보강폴리머체가 추가적인 응력부담 없이 변형률이 증가됨으로서 외부하중에 대해 연성파괴 거동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부심재는 섬유보강폴리머체보다 항복강도가 낮은 사각관으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유보강폴리머체는 내부심재를 둘러싸거나 적층되어 있는 섬유보강폴리머체1; 및 섬유보강폴리머체1을 둘러싸거나 적층되어 있는 섬유보강폴리머체2;를 포함하여 적어도 둘 이상의 섬유보강폴리머체로 구분되어 형성이 가능하고, 상기 섬유보강폴리머체1 및 2 사이에 수지층이 더 형성되어 섬유보강폴리머체 1 및 2 이 서로 구분될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재.
- 콘크리트부재 내부에 외력에 대항하기 위한 위치에 제1항 또는 제4항의 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재가 형성된 콘크리트구조물로서, 상기 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재에 의하여 콘크리트 부재가 외부하중에 대하여 연성 거동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성 섬유보강폴리머 보강재를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물.
