Description
본 발명은 발전기용 진동방지 밴드에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 밴드를 발전기의 부품인 코어에 압착설치함으로써, 발전기에 가해지는 진폭을 최소화시켜 발전기의 소음 및 진동을 감쇠시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an anti-vibration band for a generator, and more particularly, by compressing and installing the band on a core that is a part of a generator, thereby minimizing the amplitude applied to the generator to attenuate the noise and vibration of the generator.
일반적으로 발전기의 소음 및 진동을 줄이기 위해 설계 단계에서 발전기 자체의 고유 진동수를 2극 발전기의 경우 가진 진동수 60Hz,120Hz를 피해 설계하였다. 이는 발전기 설계의 기본 개념이고 더불어 컴프레이션 밴드(COMPRESSION BAND)를 키 바(KEYBAR)에 감아 코어를 압착시키는 방법으로 진폭을 줄이는 방법으로 소음과 진동을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있으나, 이러한 감진효과를 구체화기 위한 장치가 없었다.In general, in order to reduce the noise and vibration of the generator, the natural frequency of the generator itself was designed to avoid the 60Hz and 120Hz frequency of the two-pole generator.
